Finding the right expert is hard. Finding one who delivers is harder.

Growing companies need expertise they can’t justify hiring full-time: a marketing leader for a launch, an operations leader to scale, a technology leader to modernize, or the right capital partner for a raise or a sale.

After investing well over a hundred thousand dollars in consultants, our founder, Jon Peyton, was frustrated by results that were promised but never delivered. That frustration led him to build a skilled network of experts to support our clients.

What it costs you

Costly trial and error

Hiring consultants who don’t deliver wastes money and months.

Gaps in the C-suite

Key decisions made without the right expertise in the room.

Capital partners found too late

Searching for investors or bankers under deadline pressure.

Advice that doesn’t connect

Specialists who never coordinate with each other or your finances.

What is the Value Creation Network™?

The Value Creation Network™ is a vetted network of fractional executives and capital relationships that supports Founder’s Accounting™ clients, coordinated by their fractional CFO.

Every member is invited to join and goes through our due diligence process, which reviews the health of the member’s own business. Only those who meet our requirements are admitted.

Your CFO brings in the right member when your Value Creation Assessment™ or roadmap calls for it, and coordinates their work with your finances and goals through value creation consulting. Founder’s Accounting™ does not take a fee or commission on any capital raise or transaction. Any investment banker, business broker, capital allocator or other advisor works under their own separate agreement with your company.
